The reader is specially designed for access control applications to read the CSN (card serial number) of transponders using the 13,56 MHz technology according to the ISO14443-A, ISO14443-B and ISO15693 standards like Mifare, my-C or my-D cards.

The card serial number is transmitted via a clock/data interface to the access control system. The configuration of the readers can be easily done by using a configuration card. This card can be created with the enrolment reader AR6201-MX and the Software tool ASB6102.

The card reader AR6111-MX is designed to be connected to different access control systems.
