P16 Series P&T Safety Cable Kit

A safety cable kit which, in the event of a pan & tilt head and camera housing coming free from its mounting, will prevent the unit from falling to the ground. The cable is fixed to the mounting and the pan & tilt.

In situations where a Pan & Tilt is mounted above, for example, a pedestrian walkway, a safety cable kit may be used for extra security. In the unlikely event of the unit become detatched from its mounting, the safety cable can hold the weight of the unit, preventing it from falling and causing possible injury.
